RETURN POLICY
Returns on new and unused items are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping and must provide tracking number. Shipping is not refundable. All accepted returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
WARRANTY
Diamond tips are warrantied against any factory defects when brand new and not for improper use. The Stainless steel body is guaranteed for a lifetime.
DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for any damage or personal injury from using this tool. If a tool must be returned for any reason the buyer must pay shipping back to us and include purchase receipt with product. We will then replace the tool or issue store credit.
US CUSTOMERS
We offer a 30-days guarantee within which you can try your purchase and return it if you are not satisfied. For returns contact RDZ Engraver for an RMA to return your item.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Due to the high costs of international shipping, ALL ITEMS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE US ARE SOLD AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. All sales are FINAL. No refunds or returns for international customers.
